Returns are accepted for all product except the Bespoke Collection, and if the product has not been personalised*. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt. Items must have no signs of damage and be in their original condition and packaging, including the shipping box with infills for protection, as was received.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Eternal Petals. Please reach out to info@eternalpetals.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—Eternal Petals packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to info@eternalpetals.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All return requests must be submitted by you within 7 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).

How to return any item:

✮Send an email to info@eternalpetals.com, including your name, address, and #Order (#EP...) and we’ll help you place the return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

**What is personalisation?

Personalisation is when you add extras like Swarovski Crystals, glitter, initials, Swarovski Dream or other types of top-ups to your box or roses. Also it is a personalisation when you mix different colour roses by choosing designs other then bold like checkers, rows or gold infused.
