I ordered a solo rose for my mam for Mother’s Day she loved it

Poor customer service

I still haven’t received my order. It was delivered to the wrong address and I have yet to find where it was delivered too! All they do is say it has been delivered even though the photo of the doorway is not mine. I ordered this as an anniversary/valentine gift but have been unable to give it to my partner as it has been delivered to wrong address. Its my problem and they will do nothing to help rectify the mistake

I purchased my mother this 2 years ago for her birthday it’s still going strong colour is slowly starting to fade but follow the instructions keep out of the sun keep it in the box and the lid on and it’ll last longer then the year
