I paid for extra initials in crystals but they were very poorly put on and falling off (cheap stones) the actual case was all scuffed and scratched. For how much I paid it was very cheap looking and poorly made. I have requested a refund and was offered a replacement to which I turned down as I honestly don’t think they are worth the amount I paid. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me about a refund after 2weeks of waiting
